1. Rates are firm and will not be negotiated.  Please do not ask.

2. Boarding rates:
   ○ $40 per day for a single dog staying from one to nine days.
   ○ When one customer is boarding multiple dogs the rate for the first dog is $40 per day and the rate for every subsequent dog is $30 per day.  The discount for boarding 10 or more days is not applied to dogs receiving the multiple dog discount.

3. For boarded dogs, the day of drop off and day of pickup are both charged as boarded days.  This applies no matter how late you drop off, or how early you pick up

4. During periods of high demand new customers, customers that have never used the Howladay Inn for either daycare or boarding, will be required to provide a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to scheduling a reservation.  The periods during which this policy is in effect are indicated on the Howladay Inn Vacancy Calendar.

5. Full payment is due at time of pickup.  Acceptable forms of payment are:
   ○ Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, Discover)
   ○ Cash
   ○ PayPal to the Howl_a_Day_Inn@yahoo.com email account.
   ○ Personal check made out to the Howladay Inn
